SHIPPING POLICY

All BY SKARA pieces are made to order and individually constructed after your order is placed. Because of the nature of our garments, please allow time for your piece to be created before it ships.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically require 2–4 weeks for construction before shipping.

Complex or highly customized pieces may require additional time. If your order requires an extended production period, we will contact you directly.

SHIPPING

Once your piece is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched and vary depending on your location and carrier.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Please note that purchasing a made-to-order piece means you are commissioning the garment specifically for you. Production begins after your order is placed, so orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BY SKARA is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their destination country.
