RETURNS & REFUNDS

All BY SKARA pieces are made to order and constructed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Because each piece is made individually, minor variations in texture, shape, and finish are inherent to the construction process and are not considered defects.

MEASUREMENTS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when requested. Please carefully follow the measurement instructions provided after your order is placed.

If incorrect measurements are submitted, BY SKARA cannot guarantee a replacement or alteration at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact bykskara@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Each concern will be reviewed individually.
